How do I become more "flexible" as a state certified residential real estate appraiser in south Florida. I worked as an independent / self-employed fee-appraiser for 25 years with the exception of the last 2+ years that was within a corporate environment doing nationwide reviews for Fannie Mae, who closed their doors and pulled out as of January 2014. AMCs are getting half of the appraisal fee and workflow is inconsistent. Any good ideas?
